We offer standard rate shipping of £3.95 or free shipping based on the product in the UK, with delivery estimated to take place within 5 - 10 working days. For furniture shipped worldwide, individual item shipping rates apply, and you can trust that your purchase will arrive between 10-20 days from the date of order.
Return Policy for Little Dune

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  1. Time Frame: You may return furniture and other items within two weeks (14 days) of purchase if the item is found to be faulty or was damaged during delivery.

  2. Exchange Over Refund: We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for another item once the original item is returned to us in its initial condition.

  3. Contact Us: If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. Our customer service team at Little Dune is ready and willing to assist with your return process.

  4. Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition—unused and undamaged. We cannot exchange or refund items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or after the two-week period has passed.

Exclusions & Limitations:

Custom orders, personalised items, or sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
